Return Policy

All items can be returned within 15 days from receiving the order. However, there are exceptions, The following items can not be returned:

• Paper Supplies
• Ribbons and Ink Supplies for Printers
• All Cables
• Accessories priced under $50.

Once a Return Request is approved, the customer must return the item within 15 days of the approval.

Returned items are subject to the following re-stocking fees:

• If the item is sealed and never opened, there will be 5% re-stocking fee
• If the item is opened, there will be 10% re-stocking fee

If an item is shipped with a Shipping Charge, then shipping charge will not be refunded.

If the item was not delivered due to errors by the shipper, the customer has a choice of getting full refund or receive a replacement unit.

If the item has a manufacturing defect, the customer shall contact the manufacturer support to trouble-shoot the product and get a Case Number. If confirmed to be defective, then customer can return it for full refund.
